MINDSPIRE’s standard banking data migration methodology was used for both analysis and implementation activities of the automated data migration process.

Loan portfolio migration project scope and targets

The goal of the project was to perform the retail and corporate loan contract and additional data migration connected to the recent portfolio purchase of a Hungarian Bank.

The banking data migration scope consisted of loans, customer data, limits and collaterals mainained in the acquired source systems and migrated into the target architecture (Flexcube CBS).

Our company, MINDSPIRE Consulting took key role in the analysis, design, implementation and end-to-end coordination of the banking data migration process.

Project organization and roles

The loan portfolio migration was a separate project but all related activities were organised with the coordination of a parallel running merge and data migration project of the Bank.

Resources, project structure, operation and methodologhy were shared within the two projects.

The banking data migration team, consisting of MINDSPIRE’s experts, operated a separate sub-stream, under the control of the program management.
