About us
MINDSPIRE Consulting Ltd. was founded in 2016 by banking consultants who have worked together for more than fifteen years on various projects in the Hungarian and regional financial sector. The founders’ goal was to create a professional consulting firm focused specifically on the activities of banks and insurance companies.
Our head office is located in Budapest and we provide services in Central, Eastern and South Eastern Europe. MINDSPIRE supports the key members of the financial sector in various programs, such as mergers, portfolio acquisitions, implementation and replacement of entire IT systems.
Our company currently has an international team of more than 200 consultants, including banking and insurance professionals, project managers, software developers and management consultants.

Facing the shortcomings and limitations of the existing standard data migration tools and processes, our ETL professionals have developed a custom solution designed for the specific requirements of banking and insurance companies’ data migration.
Our MINDSPIRE DELTA solution can cover all aspects of the data migration process, whether it’s a small satellite application, a complex system, or a complete migration of a bank or insurance company.
By using MINDSPIRE DELTA Migration Tool we were able to significantly reduce the overall costs of the data migration projects for banks and insurance companies and speed up the entire process.

Based on our experience with the FLEXCUBE system, and recognizing the limitations, challenges and risks of existing standard tools and processes, we developed a solution called TRANSPORT Tool.
The tool enables efficient and assisted parameterization of Oracle’s Universal Banking Solution while reducing risks involved in the process.
By using the TRANSPORT Tool during our recent projects we were able to significantly accelerate the parameterization process and reduce the laborious, monotone and error-prone manual data entry tasks.

Our company’s software, supporting the go live process and release management activities, efficiently handles the work processes of complex projects’ cutover periods and covers the project sponsors’ information requirements.
