A combined integration methodology by OTP Bank and MINDSPIRE Consulting was used, including templates and standards for project preparation, scope definition, task lists, high level and resource planning, gap analysis, reporting, and communication.
Our experts also supported the future bank’s systems selections, and implemented the data migration in the very same project.

PMO services at Integration project – Scope and targets

The project was set up as a result of the acquisition of Alpha Bank Albania by OTP Bank Albania to merge the two entities to establish joint operations as soon as possible.


The PMO services at Integration project envisioned to achieve full legal, business and IT integration, with early Legal Merge.


The target CBS became the purchased Bank’s core banking system. Relocation of data centers from Athens to Tirana, and also business integration, technical migration were in scope.
