Project scope and targets
The project was set up as a result of an acquisition to merge the two entities to establish joint operations as soon as possible.
The Project envisioned to achieve full legal, business and IT integration.
The two entities’ customers, products, services, IT systems, internal processes and resources have been analyzed, and the best practices were applied in the newly merged Bank.

Our main contribution
Providing standardized processes, documents and guidance for the entire integration project.
Actively supporting the Project Director, the executive stakeholders and the project members in administration, information sharing and communication tasks.
Supporting and guiding the project planning activities, documenting and tracking the execution, implementing and monitoring change management procedures and managing and reporting project risks.
Keeping focus on highlighted tasks in each project phase.
As a follow up to our PMO service at integration project we provided Post Merge Support (2 months).
