In line with the Client-side expectations, our company has provided the necessary bank methodology, including templates and standards for project preparation, planning, resource planning, project risk management, project reporting.

DigiLoan Project scope and targets
The main scope of the DigiLoan project was to introduce online client identification, online account opening and online consumer loan.
The banking transformation project implemented E2E on-line account opening solution including onboarding via video-chat and contracting via Netbank Front-End, along with on-line consumer loan (origination-contracting-disbursement) with web shop integration.


Our main contribution to the project
Providing general banking project management activities, especially roadmap and phase planning, milestone preparation, scope and resource management.
Actively supporting the executive stakeholders, the banking PMO and the project members in the continuous alignment and decision preparation.
Supporting and guiding the banking transformation project activities, tracking the execution, implementing and monitoring change management, managing and reporting project risks.

The bank provided all the necessary business resources and planning competences on IT side.
