Scope and targets of the project
The task was to completely overhaul the bank’s architecture.
A key commitment was the replacement of the core banking system.
Another goal was to transform business processes and operations by leveraging the capabilities of the new IT architecture.
Our contribution
Managing and coordinating all planning and implementation activities.
Providing Flexcube expertise and sharing knowledge with the bank’s employees.
Managing and supervising the CBS vendor, analyzing development estimates and proposals.

Our company assumed full responsibility for project execution, including conducting interviews, developing interim solutions for business gaps, configuring Flexcube, and managing Oracle.
