Scope and targets of the project
The task was to create a future-proof, scalable, and flexible solution that would enable the bank to respond competitively to future market challenges.
One of the key objectives was to modernize the bank’s existing IT architecture, which involved the implementation of numerous new solutions.
A key component of the project was the replacement of the core banking system.
The guiding principle was to make the most of the new core banking system’s default capabilities, built-in functions, and processes.
Our contribution
Expert support for the initial requirements assessment processes.
We played a key role in identifying and evaluating gaps, as well as in developing solutions in the areas of customer management, deposit management, treasury operations, trade finance, lending, and payment processing.
Our team provided IT operations support to ensure the bank could effectively utilize the new solution.
Planning and execution of parameterization within the FCC Suite components (FCUBS, OBPM, OBLM, ELCM) using our proprietary MINDSPIRE Transport tool.
Functional testing and testing support during the integration testing and UAT phases.
Management of migration activities for the core banking system.
Post-migration and post-deployment support.
Project organization and roles
MINDSPIRE provided experts to support the program in various roles.
Among others, we provided FCC UBS experts, business analysts, test managers and testing support staff, bug-fixing coordinators, IT operations support staff, and migration experts with expertise in various fields.
Our staff served as the point of contact for Oracle and Oracle Consulting personnel.
MINDSPIRE consultants worked closely with the bank’s stakeholders, the integrator’s consultants, and the CBS service provider.
