Scope and targets
In parallel with the bank’s ongoing migration and integration activities, ensure that the Flexcube Online and end-of-day (EoD) systems can efficiently handle the more than twofold increase in the number of customers, business cases, and transactions following the migration.
Our contribution
Project-level operational management, coordination, and oversight. Day-to-day operational leadership of the project team. Coordination of task execution involving the project team, the bank’s resources, and other suppliers. Identification of risks related to the project’s scope and development of risk mitigation recommendations. Regular status update meetings for the bank’s management.
Content-level expert input
- Analysis of the root causes of complex Flexcube errors and development of proposed solutions.
- Comprehensive review of Flexcube system parameters, identification of performance bottlenecks and potential functional issues, and development of targeted refactoring recommendations.
- Coordination of EoD performance tests, detailed analysis of EoD processes, identification of problematic items, and determination of necessary corrective actions.
PMO activities
- Operational support for project implementation, such as organizing and documenting meetings.
- Preparing project documents, including the project plan and regular status reports.
Project organization and roles
Although dedicated resources were allocated to the project, numerous other stakeholders were also involved in the activities. These included the bank’s internal experts – such as systems analysts, Flexcube system administrators, and database specialists – as well as external service providers.
