Mindspire finishes 2019 on a high with plans of further growth in 2020.
MINDSPIRE held its annual kick-off event for 2020 in Székesfehérvár, where the Management Team presented the staff with the outstanding results of 2019 and plans of further expansion for 2020. As part of the event, the outstanding individual and team achievements of 2019 were also awarded.
The beautiful surroundings of the Lakeside Hotel in Székesfehérvár provided a perfect backdrop for the annual kick-off event of MINDSPIRE. Every year the whole staff of the Company is gathering for this highly anticipated occasion where Executive Management is holding presentations about actual results and future plans, greatest achievers of the previous year are acknowledged and party is stretching into the night…

Based on the presented information, MINDSPIRE had successfully delivered large-scale complex projects last year, with one of the highlights being a banking merger and data migration in Serbia. So it was no surprise to the audience that the team and outstanding individual achievers of this project were acknowledged with multiple awards. MINDSPIRE was also successful in engaging on new high-scale programs in Bulgaria, Montenegro, Moldova and a new one in Serbia as well. The Company is currently engaged in 7 major banking merger integrations and system implementations throughout Hungary and the region. These are all strategic deliveries for the Company, as MINDSPIRE is present on these deliveries with its core services for PMO, Project Management, Core Banking and Data Migration. MINDSPIRE is also heavily involved at major banking players of Hungary in the sector-wide Instant Payment initiative, which is expected to go live in early March.
An increase in headcount of more than 80% meant 180 consultants of 4 nationalities working at MINDSPIRE by end of last year. Recruitment remains to be key for 2020 as well, as Management is planning further organic growth with a target headcount of 210 for end of this year and special priorities for knowledge sharing and professional trainings.
