MINDSPIRE Christmas Charity 2021
In 2021 we are again preparing for the Christmas holidays and for the closure of the year following an extraordinary period. Like earlier, this time we have decided to support charities instead of sending gifts to our business partners.
In 2021, MINDSPIRE Consulting contributed financially to the operation of foundations that are perhaps less well known nationwide, but can show direct and measurable results in helping the most vulnerable. Our goal is to develop long-term cooperation with these organizations in the future and to support the cause they are representing in various ways.
In addition to corporate charity, our colleagues organized a donation campaign within the framework of the already familiar Volunteer Center Foundation’s Friends of the Elderly Program (Önkéntes Központ Alapítvány Idősek Barátai Program).
Kompánia Foundation (Kompánia Alapítvány)
The foundation has been working for almost 25 years to ensure that young people in the South Pest region do not go astray. They do this with support from professionals, creating community spaces and personalized development. The Kompánia Tanoda offers help to those with lower learning results, and the Kompánia Alter aims to assist substance addicts.
Our company contributed 500,000 forints to maintain the operation of the Kompánia Foundation.
One plain one special (Egy sima egy fordított)
The One plain one special program, run by the Association for Inclusion, aims to break down walls – or even prevent them from being raised – between disabled and healthy children, people and families through various leisure events. To do this, they build a community, educate, play and talk to affected and interested individuals.
MINDSPIRE Consulting supported the One plain one special program with 500,000 forints.
InDaHouse Hungary Association (InDaHouse Hungary Egyesület)
The volunteers of the InDaHouse Hungary Association hold personal and group development sessions on a weekly basis for underprivileged children living in villages of Borsod County. Their goal is that children attending their program become self-fulfilling, responsible adults who control their own fate, and can integrate the support they received into the upbringing of their children.
MINDSPIRE donated 500,000 forints to the InDaHouse Hungary Association.
Shelter House Foundation (Menedékház Alapítvány)
The Shelter House Foundation provides accommodation and support for homeless people and families living in deep poverty in their institutions located in the 11th district. A total of 200 people live with them, 60 in the rehabilitation ward, 60 in the homeless social shelter, and 20 families with 50 children in the families’ temporary home.
Our company contributed 500,000 forints to maintain the operation of the Shelter Foundation.
Our colleagues’ support for the Friends of the Elderly Program (Idősek Barátai Program)
This year, as part of an individual charity action, our employees presented gifts for Christmas to 56 elderly people living alone.
The packages were put together with the support of the Volunteer Center, who found out what gifts the seniors wished for.
The collected presents were delivered to the organization’s headquarters in early December with a personalized message each.
We hope to make Christmas more pleasant for elderly people living alone.
